本條款規範您與歡喜園工作室（以下稱「本工作室」或「the Company」）之間的權利義務關係。請於使用本站服務或下單前詳閱，以保障您的權益。

一、條款之接受

當您瀏覽本站、填寫表單或訂購商品，即表示您已閱讀、瞭解並同意接受本條款之全部內容。若您不同意本條款，請停止使用本站服務。

二、商品說明

本站銷售之台灣檜木精油、檜木香氛與原木文創商品，皆取自台灣檜木原料。台灣檜木為自然環境生長，每塊木料擁有獨特木紋；純手工製作使每件作品外觀獨一無二，色差與紋理差異屬正常現象，非屬瑕疵。

本站商品為香氛及生活用品，非醫療器材、非藥品、亦非保健食品，不具任何醫療或療效宣稱。若您對香味、成分或可能之過敏反應有疑慮，請務必於下單前先洽詢客服。

三、七天鑑賞期（非試用期）

依據《消費者保護法》，消費者於收到商品後享有「七日鑑賞期」。

  • 鑑賞期為「考慮期」，並非試用期。
  • 請保持商品全新、未拆封、未使用、包裝完整（含外盒、內包裝、配件、贈品、發票等），始能辦理退貨。

四、無法退換貨之情形

  • 商品已拆封、開瓶、使用或封條拆除（精油／手工皂屬衛生及氣味性商品）。
  • 超過七天鑑賞期（以物流簽收後隔日起算）。
  • 商品或外包裝、配件、贈品、發票未完整退回。
  • 商品因人為使用不當或保存不佳而受損、變質。
  • 客製化商品（如刻字、指定配方等）不適用七天鑑賞期。

五、可接受退換貨之情況

若發生以下情形，歡迎於收到商品後七日內聯繫客服：

  • 商品於運送途中破損、滲漏、嚴重變形。
  • 收到商品與訂單內容不符。
  • 商品本身有瑕疵。

若確認屬實，本工作室將負擔來回運費，並協助換貨、補寄或退款。

六、退換貨流程

  1. 於鑑賞期內聯繫客服，提供訂單編號、姓名、聯絡方式及退換貨原因。
  2. 若為瑕疵或破損，請提供照片或影片以供確認。
  3. 客服將提供退貨資訊或安排物流回收。個人因素退貨由買方負擔寄回運費；瑕疵或錯誤出貨則由本工作室負擔運費。
  4. 商品需使用原包裝完整寄回。
  5. 本工作室收到商品並完成檢驗後，即會安排退款或換貨。

七、退款方式與時間

商品確認符合退貨條件後，退款將於 3–7 個工作天內處理完畢。

  • 信用卡付款：退刷至原信用卡（入帳時間依各銀行作業為準）。
  • ATM／轉帳／超商代碼：請提供退款帳戶資訊，將匯回原帳戶。

八、重要提醒

  • 鑑賞期非試用期，拆封商品恕無法退貨。
  • 若退回商品影響再販售（如污損、異味、缺漏），本工作室得拒絕退貨或酌收整新費用。
  • 若有頻繁退貨或濫用行為，本工作室保留取消或限制交易之權利。

九、智慧財產權

本站所有文字、圖片、影音、標誌與版面設計，其著作權與相關智慧財產權均屬本工作室或合法權利人所有。未經事前書面同意，不得重製、散布、公開傳輸或作商業使用。

十、責任限制

在法律允許之最大範圍內，本工作室對於因使用或無法使用本站服務所生之任何間接、附帶、衍生性損害不負賠償責任。本工作室之總賠償責任以您就相關爭議商品實際支付之金額為上限。

十一、條款修訂

本工作室保留隨時修訂本條款之權利。修訂後將公告於本頁面，並自公告時起生效。

Informal Resolution

Before initiating any claim, you agree to first contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. Most concerns can be resolved this way.

Binding Arbitration

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, this website, or our services that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its applicable rules, rather than in court. The arbitration shall take place in the county and state in which the Company's principal place of business is located, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Class Action & Jury Trial Waiver

You and the Company agree that each may bring claims against the other only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, consolidated, or representative proceeding. You and the Company waive any right to a jury trial and any right to participate in a class action or class-wide arbitration.

If any portion of this section is held unenforceable, the remainder of this section shall remain in effect; however, the prohibition on class, collective, or representative proceedings is non-severable.
